Citizenship-as-a-Benefit
A Meaningful Benefit for Your Immigrant Workforce
Citizenship-as-a-Benefit helps employers support eligible immigrant workers with an affordable pathway to naturalization, while strengthening workforce stability, retention, and employee engagement.
Through One Percent for America (OPA), eligible employees can access a 1% APR loan to cover USCIS naturalization application fees, with repayment over 12 months. OPA manages program setup, employee communications, loan applications, payment processing, and reporting, making it simple for employers to offer a meaningful benefit without the need for internal immigration expertise.
