As of March 19, 2024, OPA is placing a temporary pause on issuing loans due to USCIS pending fee changes.
Effective April 1, 2024, USCIS will be updating application filing fees and to ensure your approved loan is in the exact amount of the new fees, we are temporarily pausing new OPA 1% immigration loan applications.
